Leon Gurevich: For nearly thirty years, Leon Gurevich has provided expert services and has been instrumental in helping major international corporations successfully reduce their labor costs and improve profitability.  His education, experience , engineering knowledge has been applied  toward implementation of  new  innovative strategies for new  plant installations, automating existing production lines, trouble shooting for quality and equipment performance issues, introduction of new products and processes and providing evaluation during acquisitions, plant relocations and business restructuring.

As a  founder and President of Rapid Development Services, Inc. Mr. Gurevich has worked with such well known companies as Anheuser Busch Co., Medtronic, Johnson and Johnson, Cargill, General Mills, Abbot Labs, Federal Mogul and Cooper Industries.

Prior to establishing the Rapid Development Services, Inc. in 1993, Mr. Gurevich has spent eleven years as R&D and Engineering Manager for the Cooper Industries Co.

 His educational background is MBA from Webster University, BS in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Automation fields from Washington University, St. Louis and North-Western Polytechnic Institute in Russia.  He has invented numerous devices and processes and received over 30 US and foreign patents in various fields, including electro-mechanical devices, home appliances, construction industry equipment and ceramic materials.

 Most recently he was awarded by Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He has also served on US Bank Advisory Board and has received Businessman of the Year Award from National republican Congressional Committee. 

Mr. Gurevich has provided expert opinion to a number of the technical publications, including Assembly Magazine, Pharmaceutical Packaging and Manufacturing Engineering Magazines.

Leon Gurevich was interviewed on National television programs, such as World News Report hosted by Peter Jennings and Heartbeat of America hosted by William Shatner.

Arthur Simonyan:  For over 25 years Arthur Simonyan has been practicing   Engineering, Software Development, Machine Design and Fabrication. Arthur has B.S in Mechanical Engineering and MBA from Webster University. While working at Washington University, St. Louis, Mr. Symonyan has designed machines for Genetic Sequencing applications. During periods of 6 years he had managed Maintenance Team of the Major St. Louis Hospital. As Entrepreneur, Arthur has founded Computer Hardware and Software companies and led to development of one of he most efficient directory software packages on the market. Several years ago, Arthur has acquired interest in Rapid Development services and became its V.P. of Operations.

Emmanuil Grigg, Chief Engineer, is one of the Founders of Rapid Development Services, Inc., has M.S in Mechanical Engineering and during period of 40 years has designed over 150 custom automatic machines. Most of these machines is still in operation and have shown minimum maintenance. Emmanuil has number of US patents for robotic and mechanical devices and is Overseinng Company’s mechanical design.
