Description: This robotic Cell has 6 axis 45 Lbs
capacity robot with end effector for multiple bottles handling.
Functions: Pick and Place case content from a single
line conveyor. Place parts into the cases received from the
case erector. Upon completion of the loading, the system feeds
cases out for case closure, taping and subsequent palletizing.
Rate: 10-20 cases per minute, one case or two cases per cycle.
Average cycle: 6 seconds
Cell size: 6’ wide x 10’long
Flexible Robotic Bottle Case Loader can place up to 48 bottles per cycle.
